Ayurvedic Beauty Regimen

These daily Ayurvedic self-care practices were designed thousands years ago to support the healthy and radiant skin, hair, eyes, and feet. I follow the Ayurvedic routine every day and love the way it makes me feel and look :) Enjoy! And if you have any questions, please contact me.

  • CLEANSING MASK | Clay is a very effective at removing an excess oils and impurities from the skin.  Because of its natural drying, a full facial mask just once a week is sufficient but you can treat small spots daily.  Make an Ayurvedic Herbal Clay mask below:

  • Combine 1 tablespoon of clay with pinches of dried powder of turmericbrahmi, and neem. Store the dry mixture in a small glass container. When you are ready to apply a mask, begin by cleansing the face. Then take about 1 tablespoon of the dry mask mixture and add 1–2 tablespoons liquid to make a paste. You can use water or rose water. Avoid the eyes area and lips, apply the mask to the face, gently massaging it into the skin for 1–2 minutes. Allow for the mask 10–20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

  • MOISTURIZER & UNIVERSAL DEEP SKIN NOURISHMENT | Living in Chicago, my skin is always exposed to some harsh elements. Long, cold winter and all year long wind tend to dry out my face and body but with this rich, nourishing, universal balm based on ghee (clarified butter), coconut oil, rose geranium, ashwagandha and shatavari, I am not worried anymore. I use this rich and heavenly scented balm for my face, hands, lips, and when needed as a great cuticle cream.

  • WRINKLE CARE| Thanks to its well combined formula, this balm provides deeply moisturizing, firming, and rejuvenating care and as a result fine lines and wrinkles are dramatically reduced and prevented within few weeks of use.

  • EYE CREAM | I love using this balm as my night eye care. It's an absolute staple of my cosmetic routine.

  • DEEP REJUVENATION | This heavenly scented and calming oil brings you powerful Ayurvedic herbs that promote healthy sleep patterns and deep rest and relaxation. Healthy sleep is absolutely essential to allow the body and mind to restore, renew and rejuvenate. This cooling and soothing formula is intended to be used with the traditional Ayurvedic head and foot massage at night before going to bed. Application to the head, temples and soles of the feet helps ground the light and mobile nature of Vata dosha and balance the sharp and active nature of Pitta dosha, promoting heavier Kapha qualities needed for sleep.

  • Sleep Easy Oil is going to embrace you lovingly with a touch of jasmine, passionflower and chamomile flowers, bringing soothing scents with ever so mild floral notes and healing herbs such as Ashwagandha and Bhringaraj. Pamper yourself and massage this oil into your head and feet for an enhanced relaxation and rejuvenating night of rest.

  • Warm up the oil a little in your palms before you massage it to your skin for even better penetration through the pores.
