7 Ayurvedic Travel Tips for this summer

Travelling is lot of fun, however, a change of routine, diet, timezone, and climate causes irregularity in the body and mind. Fortunately, Ayurveda provides some smart and simple preparations before you hit the road to ensure that your body and mind will function smoothly.  The main focus is on balancing Vata dosha, which is in its essence dry and light.
